Dita Von Teese, Katy Perry increase sales of suspender underwear
Celebrities Dita Von Teese and Katy Perry, together with singers Rihanna and Lily Allen, have reportedly helped spike the increase of stockings and suspender underwear after the aforementioned personalities were seen wearing the underwear in recent photos.
Fashion experts believe that women are clamoring for a sexy look even if it is the recession period. However, budget constraints have prevented them from buying the best deals. Seeing the celebrities wear simple, affordable yet chic underwear has inspired the women to buy those and try them out.
Von Teese launched last week her new Wonderbra underwear line and she herself is endorsing the products via photoshoots which features her wearing her products. Lily Allen was seen wearing bright blue suspender underwear in a club earlier this year which helped increase sales to the item.
Rihanna was seen wearing rubber suspenders during the Paris Fashion Week.
