$155,000 for a Diamond G–String
The lingerie fashion show that was held in Singapore turned out to be quite a sparkly event. The show stopper was a thong by the name of Triumph Luxurious Diamonds. The thong had around 518 brilliantly cut diamonds.
The 30 carat diamonds were studded in a floral design on the front of a G–String that was made of black lace. The expensive piece of designer lingerie also had 27 tassels of white gold that hung off it.
The model who walked the ramp wore nothing but the diamond studded designer lingerie an
d was carried by two men on their shoulders, looking like a Freya goddess. The G–string was not at all heavy and was very comfortable to wear, said the model. She also said that, despite the fact that designer lingerie was studded with diamonds it was not scratchy or rough.
The lingerie belongs to triumph international and will not be sold. The signature lingerie would be put on display by the lingerie manufacturing company. Obviously it will be washed before it is put on display.
However, there are several buyers who feel that the lingerie would look better when worn. Well, that’s an expensive bit of clothing!
