Underwear giant Jockey, known for manufacturing high-end male underwear line, reportedly unveiled a satin nightwear for women that will surely bring comfort.

The trademark “Y-front” design for men now has a female version.

According to reports, the aforementioned design was famous for men and was modeled by popular celebrities such as Johnny Depp, David Beckham and Brad Pitt. To mark the underwear giant’s 75th anniversary, a female Y-front design has been launched.
The satin nightwear will come in four attractive colors – pink, light green, indigo and blue. These will now become a part of the regular nightwear and underwear line for women.

The British lingerie market underwent major changes for the past ten years including the transition from so-called “granny pants” to G-strings. However, the latter design lost popularity among British women. This time, the challenge would be if these Y-fronts will gain massive support from the female population. As of now, “boy short” pants are still selling well from rival retailers such as Marks & Spencer and Top Shop.

Jockey, formerly called Coopers Inc., is one of the biggest underwear retailer in the world. Its athletic supporter line has garnered massive sales and has been referred to as “jock straps.”

If you are into sporting activities, it is best to feel comfortable with what you wear. This means that having the right sports or running bra counts. Even doctors say that it is important to have a sports bra that best supports your body.

According to a research, nearly eighty percent of women wear sports or running bras that are of wrong size. Eventually, their daily athletic activities are affected with this. Some could suffer Coopers ligaments wherein a person ends up with saggy breasts because of torn collagen fibers. These fibers usually keep the breasts firm.

Here are some suggestions provided by the experts:

• When your weight fluctuates, make sure that you refit for your bra size at least once a year. The life span of running bras is usually between six months to a year. Instead of just replacing your running shoes, include the sports bra as well.

• Breasts with A and B cup sizes could avail of compression bras. These usually limit the movement of the breasts, thus not affecting the ligaments as much.

• Be willing to shell out more: Sports or running bras usually cost between $40 and $60 which is typically more expensive than regular bras. However, consider the long-term benefits behind this small investment.

Oksana Grigorieva, the pregnant girlfriend of award-winning actor and director Mel Gibson, has reportedly filed another lawsuit against a former talent manager for selling photos of her in sexy satin lingerie to the media.
Earlier this month, the 38-year old model also filed a lawsuit against an online hosting company that owns the www.oksanagrigorieva.com website. She asking for $100,000 in damages.

Both cases have been filed on her behalf by Lavely & Singer, a popular law firm based in Los Angeles.

In her lingerie suit, Grigorieva claimed that her former talent manager Samuel Oriti sold the photographs of her 2004 sexy satin lingerie shoot. She added that Oriti promised that the photographs are her “exclusive” property and can only be used if there are prominent lingerie companies offering her a deal.

She was surprised to find out that the photographs started appearing at an online website two months ago, the same time that the news started spreading about her relationship with Gibson. The actor at that time has announced his divorce from Australian wife, Robyn.

There were no specifications as to how much Grigorieva is asking in damages against Oriti.

The City Council of Yakima, Washington is attempting to put an end on the sudden influx of individuals walking in the public with see-through clothing which shows sexy apparel such as bras and thongs. Recently, the city officials passed an ordinance that will get rid of public sightings of the “cleavage of the buttocks.”

According to reports, there were complaints of baristas in coffee stands and bars wearing see-through clothing that basically shows their thongs and other lingerie. The officials believe that the indecent exposure law needs minor changes to accommodate the complaints. There was no indication who made the complaints, it could be a group of concerned parents or just concerned citizens.

City Mayor Dave Elder reportedly wanted the changes made in accordance with Yakima’s adult business ordinance. However, there may be some legal obstacles since including coffee stands under the said law could be illegal.

The council’s approval of the ordinance means that if anyone is caught wearing see through clothing, thongs or G-string lingerie will be charged with misdemeanor violation. The ordinance applies to the any public location and not just on coffee stands.
